Can I enable the WebReboot to operate behind a firewall? What about port forwarding/redirection?
Both the WebReboot 3.0 and WebReboot Enterprise will work perfectly well behind a firewall.
The WebReboot 3.0 will respond to ANY port connection it receives, not just HTTP 80. You can map http://externaladdress:XXXX to http://internaladdress:NNNN with your firewall software without any addtional configuration in the WebReboot, and it will work just fine.
The WebReboot Enterprise listens on port 80 for HTTP, 443 for HTTPS, and 22 for SSH. The WebReboot Enterprise can also be configured for Telnet access, which listens on port 23.
