Why does my WebReboot report incorrect power status or temperature?
Please ensure that the cabling between the WebReboot Enterprise and the accessory (e.g., Advanced Server Card or Power Cycle Module) is secure. Also make sure that the cabling is of the correct type; it must be a 6-pin, 6-conductor RJ12 straight through cable. A crossover cable will not work. If the cabling is correct, please take a look at the WebReboot Enterprise downloads page to see if a firmware update has been released that may address your problem.
