WebReboot® Command Line Tool
The WebReboot Command Line Tool is a tool for accessing your WebReboot from your system's shell. This allows you
to interact freely with your WebReboot without needing a Web browser. The WebReboot Command Line Tool makes use
of the Java-based WebReboot API and as such, has the same dependencies. Principally, you must have a Sun
Java Runtime Environment of version >= 1.4.2.
For Developers
We are committed to making the WebReboot easy to integrate with your existing software. As such, we have prepared
tools and a
developer's resource site to help achieve that goal.
WebReboot® API for Java
The WebReboot API will allow you to programmatically control your WebReboot product. Everything you can do with the built-in
WebReboot Web interface can be accomplished via the API, letting you completely integrate the WebReboot into your own software.
WebReboot® Development Server
The WebReboot Development Server (WRDS) is a software package that emulates the
functionality of a WebReboot device. While it will not reboot or power down servers,
WRDS fully supports the WebReboot half of the client-server communications protocol.
Using WRDS, the time required to integrate the WebReboot with your own software via
the WebReboot API can be substantially reduced.
