Hardware Safe

The WebReboot attaches directly to your motherboard and reboots your server as if you were pushing the reset switch, eliminating the possibilities of damaging your server's components that are introduced with power cycling products.

Reboot from Anywhere with an Internet Connection

The WebReboot can be accessed via a Web interface (requires Java 1.4.2 or higher), mobile phone, PDA or command line. This gives you the ability to reboot your server from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Development Resources (API)

The Servprise® team has developed and released an API (Java, .NET (pending)) that allows you to integrate your own software and current products with the WebReboot. Using the WebReboot API you can also develop unique ways to access your WebReboot, including integrating the WebReboot with your own management (e.g., control panel) software for easier access.

Multiple User Access

The WebReboot can be accessed by up to 9 different users (1 administrator and 8 additional users). The administrator configures permissions for the other eight users, designating the servers each user can access and whether that user can use the reboot or power toggle functions.

Connects up to 8 Servers

The WebReboot has 8 ports, allowing you to attach up to 8 servers to the WebReboot. Each port is capable of rebooting and power toggling the server attached. There are no power limitations as with competing products so your rebooting needs will never be hindered.

There are 3 different WebReboot packages to choose from:

  1. Basic: Includes 1 cable bundle* (ability to attach 1 server).
  2. Complete: Includes 8 cable bundles* (ability to attach 8 servers).
  3. Custom: Includes your choice of 2-7 cable bundles*.

*A cable bundle is shown in the picture to the right.

Easy Installation

The WebReboot attaches directly to your motherboard and can be installed in as little as 6 steps. The WebReboot is able to connect to servers with or without PC slots, allowing it to work well with 1U servers. Additionally, the WebReboot may be installed without having to remove your server's power cords from its power distribution unit (please note, for safety reasons, the server should still be powered down during installation).
