Return for Refund Policy

  • You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Servprise International, Inc. within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Items sold "AS IS" are not eligible for return for refund.
  • Items purchased from a reseller must be returned to the reseller.
  • All returns require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to you. You may request an RMA number from our return request page.
  • Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped you the incorrect item), return shipping is your responsibility.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging with no missing items in order to obtain a full refund. Any missing items will not be refunded and if items were provided as part of a larger package, their retail price will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • All returned items are subject to an inspection by a member of our support staff. Merchandise that is determined to have been damaged while in your possession or during return shipment will not be eligible for refund.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return for Service Policy (Items Under Warranty)

  • You may return most items sold and fulfilled by Servprise International, Inc. within the valid warranty period.
  • Items sold "AS IS" are not eligible for return for repair or replacement.
  • Items purchased from a reseller must be returned to the reseller.
  • All returns require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to you. You may request an RMA number from our return request page.
  • Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., product was dead on arrival (DOA)), return shipping is your responsibility.
  • We will only repair or replace items that have been returned to us. Any missing items will not be replaced or repaired, even if items were provided as part of a larger package.
  • All returned items are subject to an inspection by a member of our support staff. Merchandise that fail to meet warranty criteria (e.g., items that became damaged by neglect) will not be eligible for repair or replacement.
  • The choice of repair or replacement will be made by a member of our support staff upon full inspection. Any item that must be repaired three times will be replaced.
  • Replacements may be refurbished equipment.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Return for Service Policy (Items Outside Warranty)

  • If the item is outside of the warranty period and you wish to have it repaired Servprise may repair or replace the item at your expense.
  • Servprise will only repair items manufactured by Servprise International, Inc.
  • Items sold "AS IS" are not eligible for return for repair or replacement.
  • All returns require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to you. You may request an RMA number from our return request page.
  • Shipping and handling will be your responsibility both to Servprise International, Inc. and on the return of the item.
  • A nominal, non-refundable inspection fee will apply to all items returned outside of the warranty period. You will be notified of the amount and be presented with payment options prior to the commencement of any work by Servprise support staff.
  • Upon inspection of the item we will notify you if it is repairable and provide a quotation for the cost to repair the item as well as payment options for the repair. If you wish to have the item repaired the inspection fee will be applied as a credit to the repair bill.
  • We reserve the right to refuse repair for any product.
