Notice
Servprise International, Inc. ("Servprise") collects passive data provided by your browser as you visit our Web sites (www.servprise.com, dev.servprise.com).
This information is collected in an aggregate, non-personally identifiable manner and may be analyzed for trends and statistics. Such information
may be used by Servprise for several purposes including, but not limited to, market analysis, Web site improvements, and content delivery.
Servprise employs the use of Web browser cookies in its Web sites to tailor the customer experience. These cookies are transmitted from Servprise
to your Web browser for storage on your own personal computer. They are used for accessing portions of your user account. The information contained
in these cookies will be marked such that they should only be accessed by Servprise sites in a manner that is consistent with this privacy statement.
Servprise is not responsible for any use of these cookies that may be the result of a compromise of your computer system due to, but not limited to,
viruses, trojans, and cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
Servprise also collects data that you provide directly to us. Any information you provide on one of the Web-based forms on one of the Servprise
Web sites, through email communication, or via other communication channels may be collected. We use such information for several purposes including,
but not limited to, responding to your requests, handling support queries, processing orders, and overall improvement of our services as appropriate.
Choice
Please note that it is not necessary to share passive information with Servprise in order to access any of the Servprise sites.
You may configure your browser to disable the sending of any such data (e.g., operating system version, Web browser version)
and still access all services on the Servprise sites, as can be reasonably delivered without access of this information.
You may also explicitly block cookies from any of the Servprise sites in your Web browser and/or delete existing cookies stored on your
computer. Doing so, however, may cause portions of the Servprise sites to no longer function properly, if at all.
Additionally, when you communicate with an employee of Servprise, you can choose to not provide any information requested. Please be aware,
however, that some pieces of data may be required to adequately handle your order, sales inquiry, support request, and so forth.
If you do not wish to receive any further communications from Servprise beyond your initial inquiry, you may send a request to
asking to opt-out of future communications.
Onward Transfer
Servprise may share your contact information with a third-party affiliate if such an affiliate is the designated vendor of Servprise products
in your particular region. We occassionally employ third-party contractors to perform services for Servprise on the behalf of Servprise. We
may share information with any such third-party as much as they need to perform their functions, but it may not be used for any other purpose.
In the event that Servprise is purchased by another company, personal information will be considered a business asset and may transfer to the
purchasing entity.
Access
You may access your account information and update your personal information by logging into your respective accounts on the Servprise Web sites.
If you have any questions about any information on your account, you may also email
and a Servprise representative will contact you to resolve any issues.
Security
Servprise uses SSL-protected pages for all monetary exchanges, both between you and Servprise and between Servprise and our credit card processor.
For all purchase records, only the last four digits of a credit card number are displayed. All personal information is protected by password-enabled accounts.
If you forget your password, you must be able to access the email account associated with your Servprise account or provide otherwise personally identifying information
in order to regain access your account.
Data Integrity
Servprise will only collect information that is in some way relevant to its business dealings. We will not explicitly ask you for information that
we do not believe is either necessary to complete an inquiry or will aide in the completion of any such inquiry.
Enforcement
While we have taken reasonable measures to prevent the public disclosure of private data, there may be instances beyond our control that may make it
impossible for us to fully abide by this privacy policy. As a consequence, Servprise disclaims any warranties or representations relating to maintenance
or nondisclosure of private information.
In the event that Servprise's security is compromised or that private user information has become publicly disclosed, Servprise will take reasonable
measures which it deems appropriate, including but not limited to, internal investigation and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement
authorities, notwithstanding other provisions of this policy. Likewise, in any such event, Servprise will notify all any affected users as soon as
reasonably possible and permitted by law, what articles of information had been disclosed, to the extent that Servprise knows this information.
Notification of Changes
This policy was put in effect on February 13, 2007. Any customer information collected prior to February 13, 2007 will be treated with the same integrity as
that collected since this policy was put into place (February 13, 2007). This policy has been the de facto standard since Servprise became a company and has just now been formalized.
Servprise's business changes constantly and as such, this statement may change with the business. In the event of a change in the privacy statement,
we will post a note indicating the revisions made as an addendum to this Web page. In the event that we may want to use already collected user
information in a manner that conflicts with the privacy statement in place at the time the data was collected, we will contact all such users and
provide them with the choice of opting-out of any new use of their personal information.
